What is the difference between an international freight forwarder and a transport company?

The forwarder must be prepared for everything and in crisis situations he must act quickly and decisively to eliminate the form of human error or a random situation. The most difficult thing in the profession of an international freight forwarder is to coordinate the entire process, because in such a complex chain there may always be one weaker link that may affect the execution of the entire order.
